As the founder of Kaizen Life Consulting Group, Kathy—Kat to her friends—brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping businesses run smoothly and efficiently. Kaizen Life was built to grow and evolve, and through the power of collaboration, it has become something even greater than she originally imagined.
Kat holds a BS in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University and brings over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping and process improvement. Her hands‑on expertise and sharp, focused thinking ensure each client receives thoughtfully tailored support.
A lifelong learner (her bookshelf is proof), Kat is driven by a desire to understand each client’s industry and unique challenges, with the goal of building strong, lasting relationships grounded in trust.
